'Dried up' in the Bible

Therefore my people have gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honorable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and dried up.

And they shall turn the rivers foul; and the brooks of Egypt shall be emptied and dried up: the reeds and rushes shall wither.

I have dug, and drunk water; and with the soles of my feet have I dried up all the streams of Egypt.
